About Oakmont
Oakmont Estates Development of Lubbock is continuing the tradition of Orchard Park, one of the most successful residential developments in the history of Lubbock. Ken Flagg, who passed away in 2011, was part of the vision and excitement of the partnership. He was born in Oakmont, Pennsylvania.
As a tribute to Ken’s friendship and guidance, the developers of Oakmont believe every time the name is spoken it reminds us of the professionalism, integrity, and grace of one of the men who made Lubbock what it is today. He is gone but not forgotten.
Oakmont Estates will be a place for homeowners to settle, a sense of place with unique streets, tree lined boulevards and pocket parks, not a “cookie-cutter” development by any means. A neighborhood designed to hold and multiply value over generations.
